1 Definitions and Applicability

In this document, "wen", "we", and "platform" refer to the wen-vip.cam website and all related digital services. "User", "member", or "you" refers to any person, registered or unregistered, who accesses the platform.

These terms and conditions apply equally to all pages, services, bonus offers, gaming activities, and transaction methods on wen. Our Privacy Policy and responsible gaming guidelines are also considered an integral part of this agreement.

wen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account on the wen platform and to use any casino or betting service. Anyone under this age is strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any service.

Information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. wen has the right to verify age and may request an ID or birth certificate in cases of doubt. Creating an account with false information may result in account suspension or closure, and all funds in the account may be forfeited.

• The user must be a citizen or legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Only one account may be opened per person.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or the same device is prohibited.
• Creating an account on behalf of another person or as a representative is not allowed.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

Registration must be completed with a correct name, mobile number, and email address. An OTP may be sent for account verification. Once registration is complete, you will be considered a wen member and these terms will apply to you in full.

3.2 Password and Login Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials completely confidential. You should not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the wen support team immediately. wen will not be held responsible for any loss resulting from negligence in account security.

3.3 Account Closure and Suspension

wen reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Fraudulent or deceptive activity
• Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts
• Providing a false identity or information
• Evidence of using the platform for illegal purposes

4 Financial Transactions — Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

Deposits on the wen platform are currently accepted via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.

The mobile banking or bank account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and such transactions may be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

The same methods apply for withdrawals — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Before requesting a withdrawal, please ensure your account has been fully verified. To withdraw funds earned from bonuses, the relevant wagering requirements must be met.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

wen offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which must be followed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw the bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed. For example, if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the wagering requirement will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.

5.2 Weekly and Other Bonuses

Weekly wen Reward: a 30% bonus on deposits once per week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with 18x wagering. wen Weekend Bonus: a 50% bonus on deposits on the last two days of the week, up to ৳8,000, with 20x wagering.

Each bonus offer has specific terms. Bonus funds are never simply "free money" — winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Using multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or any other dishonest tactic to exploit the bonus system is strictly prohibited. If wen detects such activity, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

6 Gaming and Betting Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

All games on the wen platform are operated fairly and transparently. Slots, live casino, cricket betting, and fishing games all use a verifiable random outcome system.

Using software, bots, automated tools, or any other technique to influence the outcome of a game is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account and all related winnings will be forfeited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting category has set minimum and maximum bet amounts, which are displayed in the game interface. wen reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Outcome Disputes

If a dispute arises over the result of a game, wen's log records will be treated as the final evidence. Data from all gaming activity is stored on the server and can be verified if needed.

7 Responsible Gaming

If a bet is left incomplete due to a technical issue during a game, wen will settle that bet fairly according to the stored log records. wen is not responsible for issues caused by loss of internet connection.

10 Anti-Money Laundering

wen actively works to prevent money laundering in accordance with applicable laws in Bangladesh. Members may only make deposits using funds from legitimate sources. If a suspicious transaction is identified, wen reserves the right to suspend the transaction and conduct an investigation.

Additional identity verification may be required for large withdrawal requests. This process is also carried out to ensure the security of your account.

There are financial risks involved in gambling and there is no guarantee of winning. Users use the platform with full awareness and acceptance of these risks.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Language

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered the authoritative text.

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.

13.3 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the complete agreement between wen and the user. No oral or unwritten promises beyond this are binding.
